About

Our Purpose

At Goodhaven Health, we deliver exceptional primary care that puts patients first. Healthcare should be accessible, personalized, and built around your needs—not the other way around. When you choose Goodhaven Health, you’re not just selecting a medical provider—you’re joining a practice that transforms the traditional patient experience:

  • No more feeling rushed through appointments
  • No more wondering when you'll actually get to see your doctor
  • No more feeling like just another patient in a busy system

Instead, you’ll find a healthcare partner who knows you, hears you, and is genuinely invested in your wellbeing.

The Goodhaven Approach to Care

Excellent healthcare goes beyond medical expertise—it requires time, attention, and a genuine connection between doctor and patient.

The concierge model allows for practicing medicine the way it should be practiced. We believe your appointments should feel unhurried, accessible and focused entirely on your needs. Goodhaven Health intentionally limits the patient panel to ensure each person receives the individualized attention they deserve.

Healthcare works best as a partnership. Dr. Witt collaborates with each patient to develop personalized care plans that address immediate concerns while supporting long-term health goals.
