Here is a collection of tools that help us care for you at Goodhaven Health.

Communication (Spruce)

Spruce is an end-to-end encrypted, secure, and HIPPA-compliant way to communicate with your healthcare team at Goodhaven Health. We prefer to use Spruce for almost all of our communication with you, because it is both as easy as texting and the safest way to protect your sensitive health information. It also allows us to easily connect for phone calls and telehealth visits. It will largely replace the need to email and send messages by patient portal.

Health Data (Athena)

All of your health data including visit notes, labs, imaging, etc. will be available for your review at any time through the Athena patient portal.

Membership Payment (Hint)

We use Hint to sign up new patients and get your basic demographic, insurance, and billing information. We also use it to manage your concierge membership payments in a secure, headache-free, and transparent billing system.
